Delivery

      Cost:

Delivery is mainly within Hong Kong region.

A free delivery will be offered for:

  1. Order over HK$1,500.00 ( per delivery address ), for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon side.

  2. Order over HK$2,500.00 ( per delivery address ), for New Territories.

  3. Please ask for quotes if you wish delivery for other areas.

For order which does not meet the minimum requirement, a delivery charge will be levied:

  • $250 for Hong Kong Island

  • $150 for Kowloon

  • $300+ for New Territories

  • For outlying islands, airport & Tung Chung and special areas, please ask us for quotations.

     Lead time and Schedule:

Your order would normally be delivered within 3 working days, after the order is confirmed by Bacchus Club Ltd. An email verification will be made to you about the delivery details. 

Delivery is scheduled on every Tuesday and Friday. 

   

     Vintage & Price

All vintages and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will do our best to keep you updated of these changes as early as we can. 

   

     Payment

All goods ordered through this website would be delivered after the payment is made by credit card. Otherwise Cash on Delivery is also accepted if you place your order by phone or email.

 

     Complaints

All orders are carefully checked before the delivery. Customers are advised to examine the merchandise upon receipt of wine. In case of any breakage, loss or discrepancy in accordance to invoice or delivery note, please inform us with your invoice or delivery note within 24 hours. Complaint without invoice or delivery note will not be handled.
